Thats bold, especially considering Russian’s munition technology.
Grifel is actually one of the largest rods if not the largest we can get in game.
Bein largest doesnt mean the best performance, not to mention last time I checked there were so little information about that shell on the internet and none of them seemed to be impressive compare to modern day standart’s round.
There’s plenty to gauge an estimate of about 860mm of penetration with the L-OF formula. Most of the 140mm top out of about 825 - 815mm. Haven’t seen the French 140mm estimates yet though.

Oh it’ll totally be better, there’s that image everyone should know which one I’m talking about, its the gray one in the classroom anyway it’s much smaller than Grifel which put together with its propellant stands at 5 foot 5 inches.

Damn, that’s a huge, this in a 195 will make almost every tank in paper armor instantly
It’s an overall upgrade to the enlarged 3BM42 that is the Zaraysk APFSDS of the Object 292 (name is not Maket, it’s unofficial)
Grifel-2 is outstanding for his time
And it was tested quite completely on the 2A83 of the Object 195 :)

It may be seen on the Armata in the future maybe. The 2A83 was aired being tested on Zvezda not too long ago.
Could be in response to the caliber increases by Europe.

Although the test is true, i can assure you that in 2010 the project of a 152mm T-14 was shelved and left to be forgotten with official OMSK directory handwriting…
The best source i have to attest this is my own words…who you are up to believe or not…maybe some things are voluntarely left to never be exhumed…who knows :)
