7.0 isn’t low tier, and people play where it is fun for them to play.

Its not arguably, its factually. Low-mid tier players usualy pick more tanks, so more points.
7.0 is still my favourite BR. I get the EBR 1954 and the AMX-13 and the AMX-M4??? Best lineup I can think of personally. And I would definitelly not call it low tier. Top BR is 14.3 or 12.7 and 7.0 is right in the middle of those. So 7.0 is by definition mid tier.
