All nukes have a general amount of time they need to reach the battlefield. This is why the Canberra has an in-air airfield spawn now.
Yes, amazing concept isn’t it? I either have to do laps around the airfield or rely on my gunnery skills to drop the bomb. I am more successful than not with every nuke plane. My biggest risk is teammates, not even the enemies.
Ironically, putting it up so high would make it much more obvious, lowering your chance of survival. You’ve already been called out for this.

doesnt matter, it need air spawn. in the end if it ever get 2000m air spawn it still has option to spawn on AF and you can freely choose it and i can gladly spawn on air spawn

Putting it up so high, players will dive to the area to shorten the window to intercept. This goes against the purpose of controlling the drop time. So unless you can advocate why there should be less counterplay chances against a nuke spawn, your suggestion will go ignored. Suggestions aren’t accepted by personal feelings and skill problems.
