So the US queue trick is to go with no air vehicle in your lineup. I have instant queued as the US the last 2 days doing this and having joint match in progress turned on
I actually do agree, having no pulse Doppler radar leaves all except the air to air load out without self defense weaponry (excluding cannons of course) unless the enemy is at extremely specific altitudes or higher. I say they give load outs AIM-9Ls at least or the F-4J with its DP radar to better match the MiG-23.
Absolutely no to the F-111 being a nuke carrier, at least in the current state
The Su-24 caps out at mach 1.1 at low altitude. The F-111 would easily be able to hit mach 1.3+, making interception all but impossible.
The MIG 23 nuke spam is bad enough right now. What you are asking for is essentially that problem dialed up to 11

The event F4E does have Aim-9L’s
Only on the nuke and air to air load outs, on the other load outs there is no defensive capability
If you want to ground strike, why would you use the F4E?
Tornados could be better nuke carriers (here B-61).
Would be the perfect pendant to Su-24. With two drop tanks it would have the neccessary range to do flanking runs to take out the key airfields. It has MAW as well. F-4E as nuke carrier is just weak. Lacks fuel, speed and defense systems.

Mode has made me appreciate the SU-24M. Just lovely to fly.
I’m posting here, after playing countless games at the event and droping dozens of nukes(2500SP), to offer or at least try to offer some constructive feedback on the event.
Well, starting with the game mode itself, I think it’s a clear improvement on ARB for several reasons, including clear objectives for Strikes and bombers, giving fighters a reason to escort these Strikes and bombers, and an objective capable of preventing direct dogfights between aircraft (AA), and big map.
But it’s not all sunshine and roses, the game mode does have a few issues, such as a grind-based event, the selection of aircraft, BR range,others.
Starting with the issue of it being a grind-based event, this is what causes people to go for quick points rather than playing the game mode properly, which leads to massive clusters of players in the centre of the map and, consequently, spawn camping at the airfields. I think and hope that future gamemode will be designed in such a way that this doesn’t happen.
Now, talking about the selection of aircraft, I certainly understood the aim of having a full range of Cold War-era aircraft, but this clearly caused balance issues because not everyone has researched American and Russian aircraft; so my recommendation for the next update is to allow more nations to enter with their standard aircraft, whilst keeping the base aircraft as they are, as I have no issue at all with the selection of those.Now, following the same logic, we have a clear issue with the BR range of the aircraft; 11.7-BR aircraft versus 13.0-BR aircraft is a major problem. So, this is already halfway through the season and it’s difficult to change now, but for the next update, something like 10.3–11.3, 11.7–12.0, 12.3–13.0.
Now, speaking of spawn separation and distance, I must admit I liked having several spawn options, but they’re too close to each other and to the enemy. 30 km in a jet takes just one minute in the air, so in future I think there could be about 30 km between each airfield and 60 km between them and the enemy, to give the planes time to spread out across the battlefield
And finally, the legendary anti-air systems, which seem to be causing quite a scare. We really need to take a closer look at the situation to stop what’s happening. The areas where anti-air systems are located should be better separated to create more space on the map, and the convoys need to be better organised.

Go with a clean line-up, just one tank, and head straight for an 11.7 match; the Phantom 11.7 isn’t bad just go head-on.

Just limit your lineup to 12.0

Well, they could at least use it in the higher bracket…and dunno, 111A in the lower? Does anybody knows if 111A can carry HARM?
