this event is the most fun I’ve ever had playing warthunder, and once it goes away I probably won’t really care to go back to regular air rb. The only problem I’ve noticed is the game keeps putting me into matches that have already been going on for over an hour… so, I had to wait forever to get into a game and when I do get into the game the match is basically already lost… I spawn into an airfield surround by the enemy and they’re just casually shooting people spawning in on the airfield… was very frustrating.

It is fun…
ONly downside is when gaijin decided to place 2 br brackets, and everyone is playing USA , queue times on on USA side are just out of control.
This seriously impacts playing this event and getting both vehicles, since people may not have time to wait over 20mins for a game.
How this could be solved easily is to allow people to take Su27 on game, and I bet people would play a lot more USSR, or let them have YAK or Mig 29 as Stock vehicle to use
I also don’t like that hte US gets the f-14 and access to an active radar homing missile and russia gets no equivalent. I have f-14 players just flying up high on their side of the map and spamming missiles and getting kills and then landing to rearm without ever having to really put themselves in danger.
