This mode would be better if the rewards were good like i got 5 SL for hitting a Sovremenny with 2 harpoons and ground targets only give you like 300 SL while it takes 9500 to even spawn in. I’ve played 2 games and I’m down 50k SL.

I am experiencing multiple bugs with GPS and IR/TV munitions, not locking ,not firing and not reaching any GPS point, 9nly using the set point gps weapons seem to work, and lock onw eapons do not work half the time, is it only me?

Saturation attacks are the only viable strategies with most western aircraft in the mode atm. No ECM, no AI turning off radars to avoid HARMs, nothing.

Warthunder is missing features, not this gamemode.

This game mode has all the features anyone would want, CAS,DEAD,EWR,ASW, BVR and WVR. It’s just not done right, the ships get no damage after being nailed by ASM, the SAMs do not use theyr radar and know by magic where and when to activate theyr track radar , and when you hit one, they will be replaced in 5 minutes. Absically DEAD ASW and CAS are there but impossible to do in any meaning ful sense. All those problems can be fixed in litterally 5 minutes. The devs are too scared to make the mode too easy that they prefer killing it than actually improving it.

Oh no, i was just checking tbh. I gave it a try and gave up, no point playing a mode that isnt fun.

It’s completely unplayable unfun garbage, worse than before, and it’s NOT because top tier jets. You can’t kill front lines ground bots without eating BUK’s missile, and this new vehicle lock system (you can spawn the same plane only once per 10 mins?) is such a brilliant idea that I wonder what part of their body they were thinking with, but it certainly wasn’t their brain.

Upd: Well, I guess this cooldown is not that bad if it’s cooldown per airfield

Why is AI ship magazine detonation disabled?
All my hits hitting AI ships on their ammo storage does nothing, but on test flights they blow up.

I think there should be targets with different levels of difficulty. No one can expect me to attack ItO-90 positions using unguided ammo.

So many people not realising the respawn timer is per airfield. If you die and cant go back to the same airfield, pick another one and you will be able to spawn there. Theres no way you can die fast enough to lock yourself out of all the Airfields. This is a great system as if you kill someone they cant come right back to get you, they have to spawn a little further away so you have some breathing room.

Also, the BUKs are absolutely oppressive and so much better than the Aster 30s on the SAMPTs. (Which are underperforming massively). NATO cant get a bomb to land on target as they all get intercepted.

I see nothing was fixed from the dev server, Red players sitting in orbit handing fox-3’s to everyone, BUKS launching on players taking off. War thunder devs aren’t that bad right?

Buks are really craked and kh31 are the best missle to do long range radar suppression, really feels like the buk fire as soon as you spawn and keeps tracking trough terrain, idk if true but it feels like it.Played as the russians and with the kh31 NATO was out of long range AA 15 min in the match, tried to do the same thing but it’s nearly impossivle on NATO side, even 20 seconds out of the multipath are risky meanwhile on russian side i could launch glide bombs and ARM without too much hurry. One thing to note, gbu39 + new gps point functions basically wipes out depots and theyr defences, but any other weapon is still useless thanks to convoys tunguskas and BUK litteraly slaughtering NATO teams

It was the same on the dev server, and a lot of players mentioned it, but it wasn’t affecting the red teams unlike the ITO not using its search radar that was fixed.

My anger,hate, and disappointment with this game mode cannot overstated. Gaijin how on gods green earth did this variation of nuke thunder pass inspection this is bluntly unbalanced why can I be shot at by buk m3’s while at MY airfield? why is it genuinely impossible to get ANY munitions on target while
Out of my entire team why is the most ground kills 5 ? And the entire team is going air to ground. You added anti radiation missiles but you can’t use them thanks to the pantsir 110% intercept rate why am I being laserd by guns from a 2s6 30 meters to the right of my aircraft WHILE EVADING? Why are the trees in game like 90 feet into the sky ? It’s so bad with these air defense systems that people have to bvr FAR BEHIND their own lines because the buk can literally hit that deep. We asked for spaas to be nerfed but you made them even worse I know you guys don’t like to listen too the community but know yall are listening and blatantly doing the exact OPPOSITE of what we’re asking and don’t even get me started on the vehicles and the bs to where you have to wait 7 WHOLE BOMBOCLAAT MINUTES to spawn back on the airfield you want how are you supposed to defend a base you can’t even spawn in ? I hate this game your lucky there is no other games like this one on console gaijin you ruined a favorite game mode loved by the community that actually congratulated you on this but now in your classic fashion you destroyed it. My anger with gaijin had peaked I hope it swells within the rest of the community you will pay for it gaijin. SALT THE SNAIL

I want to start by saying that this my first time posting on the forum, which I have never before felt a draw to do. Until now. I have paid you guys several times. This is absolute garbage. This is straight up disrespect. Please address this because it feels like intentional negligence on your part. I played the original nuclear thunder, and the first half of that event was awesome. That is, until you (gaijin) ruined it and made it unplayable. This is not me saying that I don’t want the mode, I do, but not like this. First off, the BR bracket is nuts, who thought that was going to be fair. Second, nobody addressed the AI and its BAD. Every missile I fire gets shot down, and then I get shot down. AI on both sides are kill stealing and wall hacking. Please fix this so we can enjoy what was a good game mode. Also PS, please add the B1-b and Tu-160.

It should not be an easy mode to breaktrough the AA line, if that was the case it would just became Air RB with multiple spawns (not bad anyway) . But right now BUK is too oppresisve and the KH31 just destorys the SAMPT from nearly 100km. Also all the problems with saclos sams but those are already discussed a lot, i hope at least the pantsir/ito will have to use the search radar to be able to acquire targets and BUK get a fat nerf, it is just too string RN.
