Facts, EA-18G would be a beast in this mode
This would be an amazing time to also introduce new rewards for the event, such as the Xi’an H-6 and Avro Vulcan (alternatively the B-47 and Tu-16 or F-102 and Su-15).
Please do these two things:
- Allow planes that has ESM feature from their RWR to use ESM with and without ARMs. This would allow aircraft that cannot mount any ARMs to still utilize ESM such as the Rafale and Gripen E.
- Explore solutions for other aircraft to engage in various activities for this mode, the Rafale can’t do anti-ship missions on nuclear thunder because it still does not have Exocet for anti-ship while US and RU planes do have their anti-ship missiles.
Maybe if you gave Britain a single ALARM carrier within the BR bracket for the game mode this might not be such a glaring issue?
I don’t see how this is surprising when the ARM loadouts of certain nations have been absolutely massively and ahistorically restricted

that would be nice but many aircraft use the missile as the sensor so they dont have that capability without the missile installed
Are there any plans to add any radio-emitting targets into Air RB?
Currently the Airfield ITO’s and other SPAAs search emmit in bands not visible but to a limited number of AGMs, and they don’t use their search radars
Is there plans to make them always use search radar? or to add more sites? such as early warning radars that could be locked onto (or even making the static radars (non SPAA) on the airfields emit
Yes, that’s fine too if they lose that capability without the missile installed if they didn’t have that feature IRL from their RWR.
first things first, its great to have an actual dialogue and get reasons for why somethings are the way that they are, I pray that this continues in the future as it helps alleviate some of the issues people have
My biggest complaint is the economy outside of the mode being fun the rewards are just awful after spending an hour and half and ending at the top of the score board, with no premium or talismans I barely earned 7k RP and lost 100k SL I pray that gets better
Please just dont make the mode mixed battles they get boring quickly the asymmetrical battles are really interesting, I do think there needs to be benefits as you mentioned soviet SPAA is better in both SHORAD and long range so giving BLUEFOR more SPAA makes sense, you could also try dabbling with giving BLUEFOR other benefits like better artillery so REDFOR has to focuses it down more

I know its stated for longer term development, but having cold war DDGs and CG being playable with land attack munitions would be so peak, it would also open the door for new targets like ASM sites

biggest feedback was that the air defense especially frontline one is too oppressive. So why in gods name do you refuse to nerf the AI SPAAs while claiming constructive criticism.
Changes to BUKs are barely going to matter. Its one of the fastest missiles in the entire game and the AI spams it. But its far less of a problem to deal with than the constant 2S6 and S1 frontline that just intercepts everything.
Infact it was so stupid that 2S6s were intercepting TOW2 missiles.
So what feedback are you listening to?
I genuinely feel sorry for any poor sod that decides to bring a helicopter into this. A fire on the move 2S6 munitions deathzone intercepting everything thrown at it.
Dont think anyone would enjoy playing an SPAA in this mode. Especially with so much clutter from just enemy SPAA missiles. Boats sounds interesting.
Give players the opportunity to play air defense.
Grant rewards for shooting down projectiles.
