Now that Germany has a very powerful SPH, the PZH2000, what should other nations get?

I’m interested to read your ideas!

Artillerikanonvagn 151
A competitor to the Bkan 1 made by Landsverk based on the Kranvagn chassi.

AMOS / NEMO on various different chassi, a mortar system made by Sweden and Finland. Has both HE and HEAT ammo and has a few degrees of gun depression. NEMO is basically a simplified single-barrel variant of the AMOS.

For Israel, i would like to see the Sholef V1 fixed (LRF, stab, mobility + weight buff, more shells, armor buffs, reload to real life 6.67 sec and targeting speed to real life ~60 m/s), and irl-like Sholef V2 added as a TT vehicle. In addition to L33 Ro’em and it’s subvariants, M50 Totakh Mitnaye’a and the infamous M-72 Ro’esh.
For the US (and Israel, and some others) the M7 would do.
For USSR, I’d like to see the 2S19 and also some interesting prototypes.
For France I wish to have a TT version of something like the Lorraine 155.
Oh, and the Crossbow for Israel + Sweden.

NATO standard 120mm mortar shells dont incude one with a shaped charge afaik, one that uses HEAT warhead is the swedish STRIX guided shell, it could be added without guidance because otherwise it would be very broken imo.

Yeah I was referencing STRIX which would probably only be implemented as a standard HEAT shell since the guidance part of it requires you to punch in the exact coordinates the target is in, with it only activating the seeker and guidance motors when it detects that it’s over that area, and only then trying to steer itself onto any targets it detects with the IR seeker. A 120mm heat shell should give it quite good penetration though. The actual warhead is classified but I’ve seen figures of ~700-800mm getting thrown around. Just the thought of being able to fire 16 of those a minute does give me a stiffy,

UK wise there’s a few, the most Apples to Apples to the PZH2000 is the RCH 155 which has been selected to replace the AS-90s
Some other options though are the GT-7 & G6-52ER from South Africa, SPG-70 (which could also come to the DE and IT trees, While it doesn’t have LRF or anything like that, it’s extremely fast with a 1000HP engine), the AS-90 Braveheart upgrade, & the K9 Vajra-T from India. There’s also the Bhim SPH from India & South Africa, basically a G6 turret on a Arjun hull.
One could also make the argument for the AHS Krab from Poland, as it’s a licence built AS-90 Braveheart turret mated to a K9 hull.
However personally before all this, I’d quite like to see older SPHs like the AS-90 or Abbot.

Hard to find a picture due to poor labelling and people confusing the Braveheart upgrade with the base chassis as the only visable difference at a distance is the 52 calibre barrel, if you have a photo, I’ll edit it in.
