Please launch or restart your game client and try again,
Launch the game and log in with the same account as on the website to watch the replay,

Replays will only work if they were recorded in THE SAME VERSION of the game. If game updates you cannot see the old replays…
Replays aren’t video…it is a long series of events and the game engine calculates results on-the-fly…if game version changes, events result differently and the replay won’t work…
