No Rank 8 Premium Jet for Russia?

Hello everyone,

almost all nations in War Thunder seem to have a Premium Rank VIII (8) Jet for grinding the whole Tech Tree. But Russia got nothing, and the Su-33 is very limited due to its Squadron Status.

Usually Russia gets some of the more broken content, or whole lineups of Premium Vehicles, but there is no cool Jet at the bottom of the Premium Tree.

Sure, there is the 11.7 Mig-23ML but that is a rather dated vehicle and the Su-39 is not exactly an Air Supremacy fighter.

Why is there no Mig-29 or a Premium Su-30 variant?

i think the MiG-29S (9.13S) would be a good pick for a rank 8 prem

it features the N019M radar and can carry the R-77,R-73, R-27R/T and R-27ER/ET

i would presonally see it added at 13.0 without the R-77s so it can be a bit like the MiG-29G

Then you’re playing it wrong, it can handle air to air quite well at it’s BR if you know how to utilize it’s strengths :)
