Even if that is correct (i do not know), it might not be the only reason for it not being there. Some regions have restrictions on purchases and how they are allowed to purchase things.
I’m also curious why they would want to buy something with GJN if they have zero GJN in their account, they would just be buying the same value of GJN with the visa option to then use for the vehicle pack. why not just buy the vehicle pack directly in that case?
I was basically thinking about selling the event vehicles and using the GJN i get from selling to purchase a premium in game
