I completed 3 matches with mostly Rank III China (Ground) at 70%+. Then played another match after. My “Items” tab shows I received the award, but it’s not there. I didn’t get the special screen that pops up when you actually get an award, and it’s not in my decals either by searching for it or looking at the Holiday’s tab in total.
