ZAK-23E
USSR, probably 9.0-9.3 (to fill up an empty space from 8.0-10.0 whenever Strela moves up)

Gaijin has so much potential to add so much Draken version, both from Sweden and Finland. Hell…even a F-35 Draken. Which is pretty much a CAS draken with bomb computer.

I feel like the ZSU-23-4M4 would be perfect.

Iglas and a better radar for fast movers and high AOA.

Maybe but you can see vehicles like Gepard 1A2 and LAV AD being placed at 9.7 and 10.3 with around same rockets, sure you can say that ZSU doesnt pen or damage as much, has worse mobility and armour but even that it probably will still be a 9.7 material.
I just want 9.0-9.3 have a chance to fight off the air targets like A4s, SAABs that are 8.3-8.7 with little to no counter, ZSUs USSR has rn have terrible range and radars.

I know its not straight up french tank but it uses french AMX-13 as basis.
Its also a 2021 vehicle, I think.

The better version of the ZSU-23-4M4 is already ingame at 9.3, the PGZ04A.

Talking of soviet TT.

Yes, and we can guess the ZSU’s BR from the PGZ04A.

Unless the PGZ moves up to 9.7, then the shilka will probably be 9.3 as well.

Does that turret at least move?
Please tell me it at least moves.

Turret of ZAK-23E or ZSU23-4-M4? They both can move.

My bad, I meant to reply to the AMX-13/YZR.

It does seem so.
