don’t forget the ERA on the side (or at least I think it might be ERA)

Look like fuel cans

I dunno man, looks like ERA to me
Edit: upon further inspection I see gastank caps so you might be right
Question, what is this tank. Is it used nowadays? : r/TankPorn

They’re the same as the ones on the ingame Strv103C, you can even see the filler caps.

Maybe the domestic APS is in competition with the other ones?

i havent read the japanese document yet , but i doubt it would not be mentionned in the article if it was mentionned in said document

edit : it wasn’t mention in the document

Interesting, I remembered it as foreign systems being evaluated to help develop the domestic system further when the modernization first came up a few weeks ago. Maybe they will mount all of these to Type 10 for testing and then develop their final domestic version after that.

Or they simply decided that APS is necessary sooner, and want to use foreign systems now until the domestic system is ready.

Brothers, I have some bad news. I don’t think I can write a recommendation article for the T-34-85 equipped with a laser rangefinder and rocket propelled APFSDS. He has almost no available resources, only. The manual of DJW-1 states that the T3485 tank gun is available, but there is too little information on rocket assisted APFSDS. I apologize to those who are looking forward to this article

There are rumors that 80 T-34-85 (command vehicles) were modified with laser rangefinders during China’s self-defense counterattack against Vietnam. However, apart from the T-34-85 shown in the park with a suspected laser rangefinder bracket, there are no pictures or paper records of these 80 vehicles.

Yeahhhh I just saw that today in the news. A bit disappointing

M1A2T, Rapid Thunder 🇹🇼

  • M1A2T’s in route to be shipped to Taiwan. They’re equipped with a Taiwanese-designed battlefield management system and other features. 38 to be delivered this year. The likely recipients will be the 542nd Armored Brigade of the 6th Army Corps whose nickname is “Rapid Thunder”. The 542nd also had personnel being trained in the United States to operate the Abrams.
  • On a side note, I’m quite interested in hearing more about Taiwan’s M60A3 upgrade which includes: a new 105mm gun, new modern ammunition to include APFSDS-T, 950hp diesel engine with new gearbox, new FCS (and thermals), and new datalink/Battle Field Management system. Probably like BR 9.3-9.7, especially if the GIAT ERA (like on the in-game CM11) remains included.

K2GF Black Panther, Wincenty Gosiewski’s Iron Hammer 🇵🇱

  • Polish K2GF Black Panthers (Gap Filler’s) of the 20th Mechanized Brigade, the first brigade to be equipped with them. The brigade has its namesake from Lithuanian Field Hetman Wincenty Gosiewski. Notice the lower ground clearance due to the vehicle’s hydropneumatic suspension.
