I think for a nation to be added it realistically needs at least a ground and air tree.
However I think given that it would start in 1991 technically the Ukrainian tree on it’s own would just be too short with their air tree staring at rank 7 with the MiG-21.
If Ukraine is added, and added as a sub-tree, it’s for a tech tree that doesn’t exist yet.
Something like a eastern european TT could be a viable option

i have no problem with lend lease/trophy vehicles like this certain countries would push captured vehicle into service(Germany is the biggest example of this during WW2) and its just cool to me
personally, I’m cool with it as long as their actually serviced, Germany would have mounds of them, like the Firefly for example, I have a friend that’s waiting for that one.
