I guess the K2 or whatever they decide to buy, will replace older outdated Tanks and rather supplement the PT-91M fleet.

who knows, they might buy them from Poland as well :)
I doubt it Poland already needs to set up their domestic production for upgraded models and then considering Malaysia would likely make changes to that
Depends on the $$$ issue but there could be the whole anti-drone tech Korea is telling for there K2
depends on a lot of factors yeah, still would be nice to see our customers returning :P
also there have been multiple proposals to modernise the PT-91M’s, anything on that?

Doubt it would happen at least not for the near future maybe 10 years time when the polish military industry is fully ready and in its prime

Wonder which engine, doubt it’s the Scania DS16 V8 but that engine currently is in high request given the orders for the MK.IV
That was kinda my point first I have no actually idea and delays always happen and stuff goes horribly over budget

Weird, though I guess it’s better to use a universal engine so parts and req aren’t so atrocious since you’d be using a universal engine. Plus it’s already in service with Poland
We will have to see if this is true but if so it would be Japans first ram jet AAM tho most likely against awacs etc.
