That tank has no evidence of being in Finland in its config I don’t think it would go to Finland/Sweden without alot more evidence

I’ve seen just a few mentions in a book, if I have it on hand I’ll post it but if not oh well. Still a neat vehicle, not as neat as the Mako but Germany never finished it so I can’t suggest it here.

Edit: found bits of it, specifically the Patria TC-500 with the Delco 25mm

Yeah it’s been a bit since I had seen stuff on the TC series and I remembered there were tests done with different turrets because iirc this was also around the same time the CV90 arrived for testing alongside the BMP-25T with the Delco 25mm turret and the CV90 won to become the next IFV for Finland

Yea that’s why I mean tho it wouldn’t come with the E4— whatever the hell turret made by kuka

It was more so a request for both nations as I stated I would like the Finnish models alongside it, I simply didn’t have the TC-500 on hand so I posted my personal favorite version of the TC. Apologies if I somehow upset you but iirc I don’t believe that just the chassis was sent to Finland initially (it Likely would’ve had its initial gun as that was mounted before Patria and Delco changed it for the trials) as they changed the gun twice while undergoing trials as it was competing against the CV90 and the BMP and something else iirc

I genuinely have no idea lmao I’ve tried to find more information about the Finnish versions and even asked some Finnish friends but there’s like nothing on them lmao publicly online

Also edit: I did change my comment pertaining to what you quoted as I doubt they sent just the chassis with no turret, it’s more likely it had its original turret mounted and later removed per request of the Finnish military.

As with much Finnish documentation it is all stuck in books and rarely scanned. You can find quite a bit left at libraries. I actually managed to get some engineering reports from the Continuation war when I was in Finland, just a few images of specific pages but it’s a shame there’s so much left not uploaded. Regardless if I find more info on the TC-500 and its trials in Finland I’ll probably update the post if I remember lmak

I don’t think I’m finding any in Germany lmao but yea unfortunately is the case with many vehicles

Well I am sorta lucky to have family in Finland that I visit from time to time I spend an extra few days going to museums or libraries looking for stuff lol.

Interestingly enough the Chinese one has a roundel if your game’s in Chinese

Iirc some of the language options in game are done by volunteers or people who genuinely care about the correct names for Vehicles at least I’ve been told, unfortunately no Danish translation exists so I’m stuck on English…

Karelin snail pls

Also more so a neat image not really wanting them outside of the CV90, Norways got some real weird models and I need them even if they are the gross 30mm model

The Puch? It using a swedish missile but iirc it wasn’t swedish they sold the Bantam to the Swiss which is where it was mounted. The MFI mentioned there is a swedish plane but the Puch specifically was used by the Swiss. The Swedish mounted it to other vehicles and the Norwegian mounted it to their own unimog chassis

Edit they used SS 11 for the Norwegians
