On here, the hate is pretty tame. On Reddit, I can easily get cussed at or verbally insulted simply because I talked about a dutch vehicle, like the Dutch PRTL, as I did today. All I did was mention that it was in development alongside the Gepard AA and has quite a few domestic modifications.
Until it just ends up being another modern 2a4
i once said that because something has something French on it, it doesn’t make it a French co-design, i have never seen so many people angry for something so obvious after that i dont even try to talk to them. After that i believe France should get any “copyslop” to see when they start begging for it when they see they start to lacking in some fields (cough cough F-35)
They have the right to complain about a lot of things, like having vehicles at higher BRs compared to comparable vehicles in other trees, and the lack of native additions this year. But it’s insane how aggressive some of them can get, to the point of insulting me, just because I enjoy something they don’t, but i am still pretty sure people like that are the minority as i only encounter them on reddit.
Anyway, enough about this I’m really getting off topic from the purpose of this thread.

US-captured Panzer II.

ST KEi Coastal Ship.
Someone thankfully made a post about it.

Toyota truck with an experimental 150mm rocket launcher. 1945 year.

Shisei Anti Aircraft Truck
Using the Type-88 75mm though a Type-14 105mm Anti Air gun as a different vehicle would also be cool.
As well as the Ki-To Anti Air Tank, the sparse TA-HA SPAA using 2 Flak 3.7cm AA guns which one prototype is claimed to be built but no photographic evidence exist meaning its down to Gaijin’s interpretation for what it may look like.

So-To Gun Carrier.
That’s a 37mm. However, a 47mm could be carried later in the war.
Sadly, the French mains (especially those on Reddit) think if X vehicle uses a part from Y nation, it’s a joint project.
I’ve seen them claim the Leo 3105 is a joint Belgium-German project despite having no German involvement. Like they don’t understand a nation can buy a vehclie/part from someone else and that’s all the other nations has for ties to it: a single payment for a part.
Notice how they’ll never claim this when the vehicle has something of french origin like the turret or chassis. Then it’s just french
I don’t see people claiming the DF-105, Clovis, or EMBT are exclusively French
There’s a ton of co-development going on out there, especially for the export market
Some definitely have lmao but I more mean how people will claim amx 30 super should be french or quite a few of the swiss tanks that used a french turret and many others
yea the think i said to them that France has no claim to some Swiss prototypes even if they had French turret/hull it made them furious. And when i said them with that logic CAPINT ADT140 should also go to Germany they said it wasn’t the same…
Capint can definitely go to Germany although I don’t think it should
how? isnt itjust a French project?
French lead iirc still uses knds Deutschland for parts like the hull but it can go to them although I think it would be stupid
minus six hundred and fifty seven billion three hundred and fourty two million nine hundred and thirty seven thousand and fourteen. no way should we be getting CNP like this. Ever
Nononon it’s unique. They added a star
(I’m obviously joking it’s slop)
oh mb gng
(obviously, we shouldnt ever see stuff like this when we could have M3 Stuart with D58101 turret at 1.7 instead lol)
so? its just a private company doing business the same way Britain has no claim to the 130mm Testbed MBT. with the same logic Greece should get the Puma and the Leopard 2A8 because a greek company is making parts
Because that’s how the game works 🤷♀️knds Deutschland is German so any vehicle developed by it is particularly German giving it a claim to be added under the German tree.
As you can tell this rule can result in a lot of stupid stuff
they didn’t develop anything, just selling/loaning parts
