On that note there is confirmation that Germany captured one ANBO 41 as well (not sure if it was a first or second batch) when invading Lithuania.
Tbh it does kinda suck that a good chunk of the unique interwar Baltic vehicles don’t really have a good place to go currently (if unless they became a Swedish subtree but Denmark is far, far more likely and for good reason), VEF I-16 would be awesome.

True. The only Latvian vehicle that I think would could be given without controversy would be the Skrunda class boats as it was a joint project (main issue is unless there’s proof of it equipping the 35mn gun or Gajin allows it, it would be quite weak for it’s size and speed).
At a reach there’s the Mercedes G class with a RBS-70 mounted on it but you’d have to fight the Swedes and Danes for it.

If it makes vehicle more interesting/balanced - Im sure they can add it, leveling their rule of additions to naval (of “being laid down”/"significant part is finished’)

I guess so, there was also discussions on Lithuania buying a variant with the M2 Brownings swapped with 20mm guns but pretty much nothing has been heard about it moving forward or being cancelled.

While people probably won’t like it since it can easily be considered a copypaste, every Tree/Subtree in-game has its own model except for the Netherlands. (I don’t count Greece yet, since they haven’t even been in the game for a full patch, and this patch was focused on their air force anyway.)
The Netherlands is also the third-largest PzH 2000 operator, behind only Italy and Germany, so I think a Dutch model is long overdue, especially now that every other country ingame has its own model.
