The first Cannoneers - Spitfire Mk.I(CG) & Mk.I(CMG)
23 Mk.I’s were modified to (CG) with new wings housing 2x 20mm Hispanos. A further 7 were built as (CMG) with 2x 20mm & 4x 303mgs, with the earlier planes being upgraded to the same standard.

Mk.I(CMG) / Mk.IB

The aircraft received minor modifications throughout their life spans with improved cannon mounts and other details, and officially became Mk.IB’s. The lucky survivors eventually got converted to Mk.VB’s. In game the early (CG) would be the most unique.
Such a gentlemen
So instead of taking my T-72A to 11.3 I can now take my at-62A OBR.2026 into 11.3-12.0?

Supermarine Type 367 - Spitfire PR.XIII
28 early Mk.I & V rebuilt as specialist low level PR birds. Merlin 32, 4x 303mgs, and armoured windscreens give them a fighting chance if intercepted over their Normandy hunting grounds.

Afaik the only known pics of operational XIIIs.

Some Russian Empire examples
Sopwith Triplane

SPAD S.VII

Yeah i know! there’s fun for everyone, to shoot and to get shot at xd
Also all these tanks (exept the A10) still pretty fast, despite being bigger and having more crew than the A13 cruisers, but the A10 has more crew and more armor, at the cost of some speed.
Doesn’t look like Empire plane, these stars are probably from communists.
They are, it was originally used by the Russian Empire, couldn’t find any good photos of it.
A single unit was sent to Russia in April/May 1917 for testing and evaluation but never saw service with them.

It was then captured by Bolshevik forces during the October Revolution and supposedly used in combat against the Tsar forces but there aren’t any record of it.
N.5486 is one of two surviving Triplanes left in the world. It’s on display at the Central Air Force museum in Russia.

Not surprised about combat records dating that far back.
Especially ones from Russia during that time. But most likely if it ever did fly and was used in service it would have been used for reconnaissance rather than actual combat.

2x 30mm, Atar 101B engine, and some other little change I just can’t quite remember…
Still sad it never got a radar despite being designed for that
