well that doesn’t matter for gaijin (see XF5U etc) but MiG-23-01 even carried mockup/inert R-23R/T and R-3S and it also has what looks like a gsh23 under the belly but i can’t confirm from this far

if they were planned or had to provisions to be armed then yes.
Depends what you count as planned, they were experimental but were supposed to become operational at some point
The IIIV was the competitor of the Harrier’s ancestor
Note for clarification:
The PT-76(M) has a Cockerill Mk.III-A2 (which can not use APFSDS as far as I have found in Cockerill sources) and has the very recognisable triple-baffle muzzle brake.
The Nimda PT-71 in the image has a Cockerill Mk.III A1, seen from the MECAR single-baffle muzzle brake. This means it can use APFSDS munitions (the one shown in your image).
I’m impressed you managed to find a picture of the PT-71 with the cockerill gun, as I have not been able to. Great work!
