Stinger wise it would be comparable to the Type 93, it wouldnt be hyper superior except for having a radar and a gun which is why 9.7 without Hellfires would be fine
I personally hate these big wheel based platforms with auto cannons only . The negatives always outweigh the positives , big targets almost always used as filler or event by gaijin
