Alkhalid and vt-4 have SSAL (solid state autoloaders) as per the pakistani producer HIT , can you explain the difference to me and are the faster than the normal ones ?

HIT mentions al khalid has a “FPGA based solid state autoloader with 9 rounds / min” which roughly translates into 6.6 second reload
