From my understanding it’s an upgrade that brings in more modern tech from the APG-79 found on the super hornet, don’t know details on it but that’s what I know about it
You’re thinking of the AN/APG-82(V)1 from the Advanced Eagles. The 82(V)1 takes the antenna from the 63(V)3 and the processor from the APG-79 from the Super Hornet.

Can they fire AP/APFSDS? or would they bee doomed to do ordinance defense for all eternity

It has quite a few rounds it can use, im more interested in the different missiles since i know we are using something else compared to a few other operators of the skyranger.

Also we need fully working ahead shells. Gaijin now on 64 fragments instead of 162
Yeah, im still waiting on the CV90’s to get their 90’s ERA programmable ammo thats similar to Ahead. Biggest problem is how little damage it does vs IRL. Hopefully with more vehicles using Ahead the snail will buff its damage and accuracy since it seems to miss a lot of the time.

Well we have many already. China anti air in 35 and 30 mm variations. Puma and lynx. My report about ahead is year in state considered…
I remember when it was given to the 9035DK (then promptly removed added to the PGZ09) and everyone made the joke that it would be fixed once given to the CV90’s lol. Still waiting on our ABM to be added…
