A page out of a book isn’t a source however, and I’ve yet to see any primary source indicating the purchase or procurement of said missile. From everything I could find and the people I’ve talked to, the Aim-7F was the most advanced sparrow acquired and used before the acquisition on the AMRAAM. If you have proof of the contrary, I’d genuinely love to see it!

IIR/MMW Mokopa. After looking through documents from Janes and Denel, it looks like it does exist (according to recent Denel reports), but only as an option, being able to choose either the laser, IIR or MMW guidance one. I cannot find any photos of it though.
