Well Trinity is a different vehicle altogether and basically did everything in Sweden with bofors.
Tested, built, pretty much everything was handled by bofors but the vehicle was designed for the Swiss.
I’d say there’s a solid chance TriAD is in a similar boat, imo even if the Swiss had no part in the vehicle aside from selling the chassis id still like it to go to Germany via them.
They were never set to sell the fun for more export of the Marder Chassis and help fund thyssen henschel future programs what never worked since the German bund wasn’t interested

The french had no part in the df105 or Clovis other then selling the turret 🤷♀️ it’s the same situation but with the chassis both should come to Sweden and Germany

Finnish 2A6= 25 H/P Strv-122= 24 H/P Ton, difference is almost non existent and due to having same transmission you’re not gonna win any competition against 122 in 2a6
While you gain access to better penetration you loose:
-Armored hull
-More composite on side armor in inner section
-Hull Spall Liner
-Additional Roof Composite armor.
There is a reason why Strv122 is favorite in Swedish tree, trying to make Finnish 2A6 better by claiming it has better firepower is so desperate buddy.

True, clearly it’s just the outcome of Carcinization for MBTs for that situation.

I hope, but part of me worries they’ll get the Finland treatment and make some of the unique and wanted tanks premium and the actual additions will be pure copy and paste.

Well they’ve refused a lot of the east German vehicles for being copy and paste so hopefully it means good for the swiss sub tree being mostly domestic equipment/modifications
