ok, so, with the April fools event done with the first showing off of anti radiation missiles with the AGM-88 harm as well as the AGM-45 shrike (was found in the files as well as shown when previewing the event specific aircraft it just had the AIM-7E-2 skin but rotated 90 degrees) this is just gonna be a compiled list of US aircraft that could use anti radiation missiles of the variety shown
first off
AGM-45 shrike
F-15B? (slight modification gonna do more research when the sun rises) apparently that extra bump houses similar equipment that replaced the gun in the F-4G for wild weaseling
I’d hope as tt for Germany Atleast would give a actual light tank for the 7.3 type area for the tt unless they added a tt ru251 or something and tbh I’m sick of how many German lights are locked behind Premiums or events
I’d like to see the A7E get access to the 9L like the A7K and both bre brought down to 10.3 given I thing while yes they are faster than the A10A they aren’t carrying more missiles they only carry two.
A lot of sub sonic strike aircraft are in a bad position in air that they are basically useless unless played in ground
i was up till like 3AM making that list attempting to look through and making sure that, yes that is a A-4E and not a F based on grainy photos and antennas , so some mistakes did slip through before i hung it up for the night, but the capability still transfers over due to the twin seaters consistently being the “trainer” aircraft for it
