I don’t know if I’d exactly call that a “light fighter” but yes I’d love to see in game
For me, there is a certain flair that field modifications bring to the table, a modification created not in a factory hundreds of miles away from the battlefield, but on it, and by the same people who will actually be piloting it into combat.
The upgrade is decided by them and based upon their needs and observations, rather than by corporate white collars who use mere data to come up with solutions. Not to say that they are by any means more effective, but they certainly take bigger risks in construction that can offer unique payoffs that are otherwise relied on via another vehicle entirely.

Dude, it’s the coolest Eastern origin MBT and one of the hottest overall MBT, period.
(Oplot-M comes in 2nd and ZTZ-99A in third)
[T-84 Yatagan leans abit more towards Western-style, so can’t include in that list but is the closest sibling to 640 in terms of design]
Mostly yea … but you gotta know that this was the prototype not the final intended design.
The final design had much different hull front (primarily), than just a reused T-80U hull albeit extended.
I had posted it in the old forum … lemme check if I can get those subtle design details.

In the completed MBT, the absence of the carousel would’ve allowed the crew to sit lower and be better protected. Not in the prototype though, I think.

I dont consider Armata in that list, coz its comparatively too new, different and still abit secretive.
