It’s probably on the edge on what could be added, but it was completed and there is a lot of data on how it would’ve flown, and did technically fly, albeit as short hops. It’s just too interesting for me to not want it, ideally as a TT vehicle seeing as how a lot of US aircraft end up in foreign TTs, so even though the US doesn’t, strictly speaking, need it, it could always do with having interesting prototype vehicles that can’t be copy pasted into other trees.
Speaking of GA.2 the Gloster CXP-1001 would be a great addition to china
It was 50% completed before it was canceled, similar unfinished vehicles already exist in game and china needs all the low tier unique vehicles they can get imo
Unveiled at AUSA 2024, the AMPV in this configuration provides a unique level of firepower, battlefield integration, and mobility. In-game however, the vehicle has a similar hull layout to the M3A3 Bradley but it differs significantly in armament. This vehicle uses an unmanned MCT combat module that houses a 30mm Mk 44 Bushmaster auto-cannon, a coaxial 7.62mm M240C machine gun, and the FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank system that has the capability of either direct-fire or top-attack. It also is equipped with 3rd-generation thermals for all crew members, the Gunner, Driver, and Commander. The vehicle is a highly adaptable and with its armament, would sit well between BR 10.3-10.7.
Tbh with how many Objects/prototypes were made in late 80s/early 90s I would be absolutelly down if Gaijin focused on them as Soviet/Russian top tier instead of yet another T-90, T-72 and/or T-80
Eh, I would say it more belongs as an event vehicle given its semi-impracticality and the fact it was never armed. Perhaps for the Dreams Come True event.
Neither was the Ho 229 to my knowledge, and there were provisions for armament. Don’t think it would be impractical either, especially with some of the leaked vehicles.
