The fighter in the videos also had some sort of pattern on the top
Also the way the light bounces off of the cargo plane is weird

cockpit looks to be too tall in the render too, there it would completely occlude the top intake frontally, where as for the picture you’ve posted the intake peaks above

Too bad Gaijin doesn’t often do paired additions (for ground at least). The T30 HMC with the same HEAT shell as the Scott really would’ve been a perfect equivalent to the Sd.Kfz. 251/9.

I feel like theres no way to release the bomb without throwing it off course.

Thats not just any flying bomb, its a 3,6 ton HEAT warhead, semi guided. The Bf 109 guides it in and drops of. The Ju 88 bomb continues its path.

Thats a 20-25 ton plane, going forwards under own power, the Bf 109 disconnects and flys off. Its not some dumb bomb, they allready started development in the 1930s, iirc. Im certain it worked, why else would they have build 75.
