Along with the 40mm gun, PASARS-16 can be equipped with variety of missiles ranging from 9K38 Igla & 9M37M from Strela 10 to Mistral 3 & modified Vympel K-13 (R-13M)

No 9M37M I think, never seen on pics. It should be another diferent vehicle using the same hull, which is behind parsas 16 in 2nd pic.
But I‘m sure it can equip ATGM. Malyutka 2T-5, a crazy modified super 9M14. 5KM range, and 900mm pen behine era.

Only the PASARS-16 NG can carry the 2T5 ATGMS
It also carries two Mistral 3+ and two Strela-2M missiles and has four separate radar dishes that cover 90 degrees of the vehicle each.
You are correct though, the missiles from Strela-10M have never been mounted on it.

I have some problem about this, CTA40mm cannon should be 200rpm, but in this video, it’s clearly much faster.

in one of the specifications it said to be much faster up to 750 rpm or 200 rpm depending on the fire mode

And I think they, modified 9M37 too, their HAPAS uses a 12km range missile which is much longer than 9M37, and have 2 versions, RLN-TK and RLN-RF, IR and Rader seeker.

I‘m very interested in this, seems a same truck hull but with 4 Strela-type laucher. But can’t find it’s name, it should be using Serbia modified 9M37, RLN-TK(IR) and RLN-RF(radar).
These are not SAM launchers, it is modular MLRS system M-18.
The containers are for some form of ALAS missile, which is meant for use against ground targets.
