Dunkerque class would definitely be good to see, although I worry for its armour, but they’d lend themselves well to direct headon or angled engagements. Richelieu too and hopefully Gaijin will waive its rule on ships being laid down and change it to reasonably almost laid for Italy and France so the Alsace class could be considered.
I agree although the guns seem to be quite potent so I’d lean to 6.7 over 6.3 and given that HMS Renown is 7.0, I wouldn’t put it past Gaijin to stick it at 7.0.
Yes the belt of Strasbourg is something like 11 inches which would be very potent combined with the great angling ability and the good firepower.
It’s not so curious in fact. At the beginning of the 20th century, England, Italy and others manufactured ships for different navies around the world. Furthermore, they already said many times that Argentine vehicles would go to the German TT, so it makes a lot of sense.
I would hate for gaijin to do with Argentina what he does with Canada. All Canadian vehicles should be in the British TT.
No i meant that I was curious which tree you would have put it in. I think Germany is the right choice, although it’s American built is operated with Germany mostly.
I agree on Canadian vehicles IMO Canada should’ve been a subtree and not South Africa but i see why it isnt.
The Rivadavia and the Moreno remain, to this day, the largest warships built in the United States for a foreign nation. The young American nation had not only thrown itself into the race of building battleships, but was also willing to to export them. The WWI changed the rules of the game and then there was a lot of regulation, in this department.
i would like to add that as the main german in the game i prefer germany to get western things. But this is just my opinion.
It would only make the thing even slower.IMO T62M 2021 or 2022 should be added. T62M has new sight with thermals for gunner and commander and 780 hp engine (probably best to be placed on T62). Meanwhile T62M 2022 has gunner sight with thermals. It can have addon armour and/or K-1, but it varies too much.
We talked about this in the R+R but i think it belongs in here as well, how about folding aircraft wings as a nice gimmick like open canopys and ejection seats?
Some examples of folding wings from the FAA museum in Yeovil
