It’s funny because there were 3 skins 3 years ago when they wanted to make the J35J premium pack, but sure 3 f/a-18e skins are needed…
You’d have to follow the threads that talk about steering. People update with new info if there is any in those threads.
NE should be available for events and missions as it’s a selectable mode that’s not in events tab

If it gets added this updste the Leo 2s will absolutely keep the botched implementation of RS that they had on the dev server, just completely killing off the tank for me.
