Very bad take on your part.

F2P top performers could rack up 150-300k SL per game, and keep in mind the matches last for almost an hour on average. SL rewards or SL spawn costs definitely still need some fine tuning.

Any average performers will end up earning less than in an Air RB match.

I share this sentiment to an extent (but calling them easy is a stretch. please lower your devil’s advocate tone), but it is undeniable that munition interception is still ridiculous and should be tuned down a bit more. There are times when even firing 2-3 munitions at a single target won’t be enough.

I dont see this as a problem.

If it was the other way around you could just change the argument the other way.
Its comparatively easier to earn SL in NE compared to ARB since you make the most SL by killing bots in NE

@Smin1080p_WT If i remember correctly BVVD said a while ago that there was a new air mode in the works called sth along the lines of “aerial warfare”. Has Nuclear Escalation become this very gamemode or is there more to come?

They should close to nukes in GRB in terms of rarity. Sessions would be much more enjoyable to play that way without being forced to hop on a nuke carrier to get proper rewards or drain the enemy team of tickets because the whole eco is designed around nuking AI stacks.

The bots are harder to fight than the average player dud

They just need to make them non-rearmable at airfields without an SP cost and severely nerf their SP modiifiers. Maybe even force them to spawn from the main airbase.

This is separate I think, he (BVV) has also mentioned both NE and this at the same time as two separate things

It would be nice to get official confirmation though. Lots of things are said casually in the moment xD

It’s not even just that. It’s that you also get harassed by SAM sites AND players at the same time as you are trying to kill these bots which most definitely don’t make it easy.

Earning SL in NE is most definitely NOT easier than in ARB. It takes a lot more thought into it in terms of positioning and how to engage and when.

Then what of the report that argues that the F-102 was quite literally physically incapable of using the Super Falcon missiles it was given in game? If that report indeed holds (which it clearly does), then the Super Falcons would need to be removed and replaced with the earlier Falcons that actually could fit into the bays.

This is not to mention that the developer comments in the report you linked are simply flat out wrong, as the earlier Falcons have been shown to be superior to the Super Falcons, rather than inferior, especially for the slower F-102. The implementation of the earlier Falcons is not only historically accurate, but also greatly beneficial to the aircraft in game. The developers must be corrected on this matter.

Depends on the iteration tbh. SL earning in NE has wildly swung from generational wealth to 2021 economy tier, depending on if you owned the correct vehicles ofc.

The best were the F-4S in the 1st ever test, and the prem Su-22M4 in the fist Vietnan test before they massively buffed the SAM sites to counter this (radar shutoff as soon as you launch any ARM at them)

I mean, I don’t mind being able to rearm them since the nuke carriers themselves are bad planes and can be easily intercepted. It also gives more stuff for CAP players to do, like escorting such aircraft around.

Worst case scenario? Just increase the in-airfield reload/repair time back to stock crew levels.

The big problem right now is that with the way the economy and SP gain works, the best thing to do is to nuke a stack, J out and spawn a new nuke plane (which you become able to by nuking said stack). Going back to rearm and take off again is not always worth it because of how quickly the match ends once nukes roll out (ESPECIALLY at level 2).

They are bad planes, which is why they should add nukes to tech tree planes. Gaijin has the ability to restrict weapons by gamemode now, so this wouldn’t impact anything else.

Not only that but the bots are protected by AA that will intercept all munitions dropped/fired on them.

You fly to a target, if you’re lucky you don’t get harassed by half of the other team and the AA doesn’t shoot you. You drop your munitions at the targets and suddenly the AA shoots down every single one and then proceeds to hit you from several KM away whilst you try to evade and before you know it you’ve wasted 10k+ SL. Unless you have Mach 2.5+ weapons or “stealth” munitions then you stand little chance of actually getting through the AA.

Now this I could get behind on. One-time use nuke loadout on your plane of choice.

The problem seems to me that the reports are seen and handled at different times rather than the reports looked at holistically.

To me it seems there’s no sense to shut down the report that suggested the actual in-service weapons when there’s also another report showing the current weapons are incompatible with the aircraft.

The Biggest change that needs to be done for NE is Depots should NOT respawn when Destroyed…so the enemy front line can be pushed and change! Also Destroyed vehicles should spawn at armored Depots and have to travel back to where they used to be!

I don’t mind them respawning but I’d just prefer we get some more variety in ground targets.

Like add in a few of those big bases from the Deep Strike event so rockets, napalm, and smaller bombs have an actual target for.

Would also be good for helicopters to be able to hit, ALCM’s, CBU’s etc to have a target they would be useful against for whenever we see then added to the mode.
