Yeah they have a few there, notably they have an ex-Red Arrows Hawk there which they received ready for the airshow this year.

I know this update isnt even out but are there plans to add more mid line ships in future updates? as cool as the big boats are (and I am happy they are here) I would love to see more late war or unfinished cruisers and destroyers being added to the game
Could it be that they are designed as RBS-15F Mk3, as opposed to air launched RBS-15 Mk 3?
The RBS-15F is itself the designation for the air launched RBS-15 Mk 1
the mk3 does not seem to have an air launched version

More likely RBS-15F-ER is the air designation for Gungnir

Could only find a few sources on an air launched mk3. old articles about signing for rbs 15f-er and a pdf from an archive of saabs site showing off the rbs mk3 and the rbs 15f-er described as the air launched variant
This predating the 2017 order for the rbs 15f-er which i also have seen zero further marketing from saab for so idk if it ever became a thing or morphed in to the mk4

Realistically Gungnir is the only one that makes sense, it matches the lower weight and had the same length as the RBS-15F-ER.
Though the MK.3 now also has the same length
It’s also not that crazy again given Gungnir was shown off with the NG originally.
What is weird is if gaijin is so preoccupied with Toptier gameplay why add a missiles from the late 80s for the E and not it’s intended next generation ASH?
It’s like gaijin adding Meteor for top tier jets then your nations gets AIM-120A as the equivalent, makes no sense

Length never changed. the missile has had the same dimentions since the mk1
Your own post shows MK.3 as 4.33m in length
Weight also changed between posts if you compare them
Huh, that is true. thats odd and honestly prob misswritten or something. cause the missile has been 4.35m long since the mk1
Seems to be a lot better against planes but a lot worse against ground now on DEV.

here is another document from saab with a new weight and that same length from the previous thing i posted. this is from 2006. very odd. prob small upgrades through the years or something.
ALSO WAIT. that same article tho it never mentions an air launched variant has a picture of a gripen with at least some form of air launched rbs 15
Article also calls it a surface to surface missile and again, never an air to surface missile. so idk what the image is for
Knowing Sweden and their designations the Gungnir is going to be called RBS-15F as well with little to no actual indications that it’s the new one lol x)

Ima go slap whoever needs to be slapped to get sweden to not make researching swedish service missiles as complicated as possible.
A welcome change imo. the aphe even tho it dont have much HE filler is plenty to deal with anything you might wanna use the gun on on the ground.
not having a magic round with 48mm of pen with 30grams of HE filler that does almost nothing to planes is nice xD

Both of these in the photo are surface launched i believe, as they have weights listed with boosters. Some sources ive seen claims that Gungnir and RBS-15F-ER are interchangeable
