In terms of your bug report, one could say that a theoretical recreation of a murder (a thesis / assumption of the PL-12’s capabilities) is not as valid and isn’t enough to convict someone since there is a lack of concrete evidence (actual data for the missile).
I wonder if at any point we might see HMS Lion (C34) or HMS Blake (C99) as tech tree counter parts to the event ship HMS Tiger
Difference is, we don’t know if they have evidence or not. It’d be nice to see evidence for certain changes in game that seem really off and strange, such as we did Abrams armour (multiple times).

same here, i took a long break from top tier and im starting again in preparation for the update and to grind F-16XL

There’s only one known source and its AVIC, and thats just its weight, which is used to speculate it had a motor change. I’m not a bug reporting manager or a tech moderator, but i don’t think that’s enough to prove anything conclusively
