I think I kind of understand. The BOL integration with AIM-9M pylons and twin AIM-120 racks is incompatible, but only halfway. Looks like some kind of bug or unfinished feature.

Without any further information about the Harimau I can’t say whether a 10.3 BR would be fair for it.
What I can say is that the Boxer MGS also sits at 10.3 right now with the same 430mm pen round and will also be hit with the reload nerf

U-boats are not going to eat well when added.
They could probably have added the drop tanks the CA-27 and F-86E(M) Sabres arrived with to some of the other Sabres, but haven’t done so.
