GBU-39s, sure, you can use them accurately at 30km or using aiming points, less accurately further away, because they are GNSS.
Spice-250 are IR, and getting them to lock on, even to a ground point, is a chore past about 12-15km because that is the limit of the seeker

Idk you guys are pretty set in stone about not giving it countermeasures from the recon model but the US wants a jet with countermeasures it couldn’t use or didn’t have they get it.
I’m just saying it’s a double standard and you guys basically never actually fill gaps more than once per year pretty much unless you sell it to us.
