Not really, aside from MRML the F-15C GE is pretty much just an ANG F-15C. The term golden eagle is both the more extensive upgrade proposal name, and also what they called the F-15C’s in good condition which got the radar upgrade instead of being retired
If it gets the FFARs of F-89D, it can kill something. Otherwise, only outcome of this would be a complaint filed about why F-106 (which also lacks AIM-26s btw) is an event vehicle and this is a tech tree / squadron
Even squadron vehicle status would be better for this.
First document refers to the “Golden Eagle” as an MLU program, not the plane - something that would be in track with Boeing’s initial Golden Eagle 2040 proposal. It should also be noted that this funding was before the F-15C upgrade cutbacks of 2010s, and not all aircraft would receive upgrades. We also know that not all items from the Golden Eagle program were implemented on existing F-15Cs, and were moved to the EX program instead.
2nd source also has similar issue, predating cutbacks due to F-15C’s airframe age.
The one we have in game imo is a typical frankenplane (See: F-4E) in that it has certain features here and there but not really definite of a specific variant. It’s not quite exactly the service configuration nor the demonstrator.
That said I’m not inherently against the current iteration of the MRMLs on the CGE in game. With only 8 missiles max it would’ve been 2nd worst only above the PoBIT. 12 arh missiles are perfectly serviceable with the current top tier arb.

I just double checked, the C still beats the E in terms of being able to pull a lot of Gs at high speed and altitude, for example in order to go into a notch, although the E bleeds less speed. This is ignoring the acceleration/climbrate differences ofc that goes to the E.

As I notieced in the trailer, there was MiG-35S and if so, what are the chances of it getting it’s thrust vectoring engines and not regular ones.
Because there can be installed both of them and as I remember gaijin is looking at potential.
At least it will not complely suck on it’s 14.3 br, like all the MiGs do
highly doubt it, only mig with thrust vectoring was ovt even though technically 35 could mount them it never did and never was planned from my knowledge. what im hoping for is aesa radar and r77-1
