It’s about the same, nobody wants to be in a 3rd gen fighting 4th gens with more missiles and better radars and flight performance
If we bump the ceiling up it means those vehicles only see each other in full uptiers and they wouldn’t see the current 14.0 roster

It had zero aim-120s irl and a bog standard an/apg 66 so either it gets its intended original compliment of 6 aim120s and 2 aim9s (optional 8 aim 120s but that pushes it) and the an/apg 68
or it gets a fictional an/apg 66 with radar capabilities and 4 aim-120s
