You just said yourself it should get more missiles than the ADF and stay the same BR. Your contradicting yourself. How is being a lower BR with better flight performance, more countermeasures, and more missile somehow worse?
Also you mention radar but the 68 is better than the 66V3

I feel this radar good i think is faster like an aesa
It’s got access to TWS+ unlike the ADFs 66V3 radar, better overall for tracking
I think stay in the same br but without Aim120B only A and add to adf B
aim 120B and A are identical performance wise in game, no stats differences

if it needs to with more missiles then it should go to 13.3 and it shouldnt get the an/apg68 since it never got it irl, tho it also didnt have an an/apg 66 capable to fire any radar missiles irl

7p is same like 7m but with dl and the term of relock so is always better they can perfom better strategy with the silence fox 1
