ASRAAM and IRIS-T will come with 9X and MICA IRs. So I dont know why you are even mentioning them here. Unless you think that the EFT will be running 9Ms vs F-15s with 9Xs?
If F-15EX comes with 16x D3s, then I think 6x Meteors on the EFT is perfectly reasonable request.
But when can Meteors be added in your opinion then?

The EFT and Rafale benefit more from those, since getting within that range with an F-15EX is suicide as is.
It will likely come with 12 max and likely normal 120Ds, as that is the most commonly stated missile load.
They’ll probably give the F15EX the D’s we have rn, Then add the d3’s later on, The meteors are too advanced and will be hard to balance, Even if its just 6 of them.
