The blocks are whilst the aircraft was WIP. The corrected final model wont have them.
Will the BR go down then?
Additionally why not give them the CM blocks like the XS? You gave the F16XL fake countermeasures, same with the F-5C

Not planned for launch. It has superior weaponry to the J35D. With more IR missiles and SARH missiles.
I want this not because it would be good but the idea of a mach 4(?) Ramjet trashcan the size of a MiG-21 is funny to me

This is a different variant, one that people requested. More researchable non-premium Drakens were directly requested.
When I wondered why Germany didn’t get the Leopard 2A6EX instead of the broken 2A7V (ironic, given that ‘V’ stands for Verbessert—improved), I couldn’t find an answer until I realized Gaijin was saving the 2A6EX for Israel (2HEL).
That said, if you’re wondering why we haven’t received the AMX-13 105 or the A-4M yet (when both are practically 99% modeled), the answer lies in another question: what is Gaijin saving these vehicles for?

To sell more XS copies so people are turned away from using the worse model at the same BR?

Its clearly not going to be the same BR as the D and 12 flares do not warrant a lower starting BR when it has superior weaponry overall to the 35D.
So then why does it not get flares for balance like the F-5C or the F16XL?
