That’s if there’s no balance consideration on the part of developers. In the developer’s eyes, they may see everything as equal, especially with the new buffs, and as such the smokeless motor should first be given to the lowest impact situations so it can be evaluated before giving it out like candy even more.
Even with these changes. MICA EM and R-77-1 will remain the strongest missile, as range still remains one of the least important attributes until the seekers also get buffed.
So, where’s the AMX-13-105 in WT ? Huh, Gaijn?

The 5 seconds is correct, but so is 7.5 seconds.
(Depending on configuration. The safe (training exercise) reload speed is roughly 7.5s, but can be stressed to 5.0s in cases of emergency (like combat) according to some sources.)

Just the Dutch service AMX-13-105 would be perfect, as France didn’t have it in service.

You’re not wrong in that range is the least important attribute, but the AIM-120 did have one of its few weaknesses fixed, which is acceleration within the 15km range domain. This means a quicker time-to-target and less time to defeat/notch the missile which was one of MICA’s and R-77-1’s advantages.
I dont think these changes are that radical that its brought them onto parity with either MICA or R-77-1
