Which brings us back to the old debate. Why is the Yak-141 Tech demonstrator in Game then, had no radar or real weapons either. But it is russian, so I guess the rules are different for them.

Yak 141 is a unfinished prototype. Not a tech demo and was planned with weaponry

Fair, but I have never seen a Russian vehicle to be under the scrutiny of Gaijin. So far they have replaced, remodeled or removed vehicles conveniently of other nations.

Right, they haven’t intentionally nerfed any Russian vehicles ever. They just get released and only buffed :)
Such as the Ho-Ri, which was fake? Or the Tiger 105, Coelian and Panther II which were all fake? The Chi-To Late was unfinished and yet made it to the game, the Panther F turret and hull were never fitted together but we have that in game, the Sea Meteor was also unarmed iirc.

South-Africa could have easily been a sub-TT for a BeNeLux TT TBH, together with Congo, Suriname and Rhodesia (Zimbabwe).
Then South-Africa could really shine due to them fixing a lot of gaps inside a BeNeLux TT.
