Not currently, but that’s always subject to change.
Its worth noting that the downtime window between the last 3 majors is much smaller than the first 2 to the 3rd. So the need for WIP blogs is reduced too.

that was not a buff that was fix to their flight models with little issues, not held back anymore, between meteor and amraam on general ranges there would be no significant difference, significant difference would occur above 50km shots, in comparison the meteor reach a 20km target a few second later, above that meteor outclass it but thats how it is in real life, there will be many imbalances, r27 also were imbalance, but this time almost every nation can receive these type of missiles.
Also pretty much thats the only way for the game to go forward in technology, and yes its not confirmed at all but 5th gens are in the door atleast early ones, and many nation cant have them first hand, and these missiles are required for balance reasons, of course more BR expansion

Within bigger nations I think iirc but for Japan that fourth line there is literally empty space and he also said the Malaysian skyhawk doesn’t interrupt the Indonesian one
