Salamina when?

In 1939, this plant still failed to supply cemented plates thicker than 230 mm for firing tests.
From “Линейные корабли типа Советский Союз” (Sovetsky Soyuz-class Battleships) by A.M. Vasiliev (2006)

So what, did they indeed import 420mm thick belt plates for Soyuz from Switzerland, or was it only “an idea” like the Avengers Initiative?
when Hellenic naval tree comes?
It would end up in the German TT, because naval developers haven’t heard anything about subtrees.
And Averof would go to Italy)
It’s not unlikely that they could be talking about the Su-15 (iirc) from the 2026 decal.
Technically Australia is the first subtree to reach naval.
Greece has a few vehicles already present in game, and the Salamina should sit along with those other vehicles in a single tree, no need to carve Greece up between separate nations.
I think it is going to be SU-35 along with SU-15, they are adding F-15EX next update as it was confirmed to me in my dreams, so there is no way they won’t add SU-35 along with it
“just put 2 plates of 230mm back to back, how could i haven’t thought of that before?”
Spoiler

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if Gaijin simply modelled the armor plates thicker than 230mm as cemented, but segmented. For example, 210+210 instead of 420, etc.
Then, structural integrity would be weaker and more realistic instead of being an invincible floating block.
Yeah, if Greece is going to be placed in Israel TT, its ships should as well.
Although what I mean, Germany accomodates a Dutch and a Belgian ship, despite both countries are subtrees in the French TT.
SU has Romanian ship, while Romania is claimed to be placed in the Italian TT.
would be a more reasonable solution too, atleast to see a nerf in first place, like at all
Those vessles are really their own thing, they were either taken over during building and completed for their former enemy, or simply seized and impressed into service. Either way they served with the trees they sit in.
IIRC Salamina had her building stopped in 1914, but was never pressed into anymore service than acting as a floating barracks. So no German service history.
IMO those Dutch/Belgian/Romanian ships should of been placed under their original owners, as those nations are far more limited in designs than the Germans or Soviets will ever be.
Luckily, K2 and Letuichy has sister ship so can be in both tree
Meanwhile Lorelei isn’t.
I have to read documents again, but assumes it imported when boiler and turbine has reached Soviet.
Besides, it seems Gaijin tries to ‘balance’ Soyuz when it first came out as it has 300 crews and two rudder excluded comparing to original blueprint.
Although I don’t think it is good way for trying to ‘balance’…
To be fair, K2 was added in 2018 (french got is own naval three in 2023 and duch sub-three 2 years later) and was in actual german service during ww2
Absolutely not, I prefer that they never get added if they do not come in the Greek Subtree
All then all when the ships were under German use, so it’s normal to get them as they used them, now Gaijin should add them in their home TT but that’s another story
or more accurately, never made it into dutch service

any new leak? im really want to knocking myself unconscious and wake up when next upgrade
