The client very often “lies”, the version shown doesn’t take into account hidden, background updates.
It’ll still show .40, no matter how many times you restart it.

Gaijin should folder the nasams with claws. Claws is mostly useless, only the AIM-9X works somewhat reliably.

Make it a sub tree to Poland because there is no point in grinding it since the F-16, Abrams, and the AH-64 are in other nations
