Currently there is a bit of a lack of info here. There is an image where they appear to be mounted, but its not clear that it is Starstreak for certain and not something for testing purposes. So they are not currently planned.

IRL, it’s extremely powerful, which is the whole point of having it available. Personally, I’m hoping they’ll fully implement it, but also raise the BRs of the helicopters appropriately so that they only face ground vehicles that stand a chance against them (so 13.0–13.3 or higher).
Personally, I’d like to see decompression first in high-tier ground battles, as 11.7–12.7 is so compressed that we’re seeing major combat vehicles and weapon systems from the 1980s through the 2020s all within the same BR range.
fully implemented MITL on a heli should be 1.3 br above the highest br ground vehicle at least, cause nothing on the ground can counter them, especially when heli rotor still dont have radar return, arh sam multipath still too high, and ldircm still unrealistically op
There are pretty much no ground vehicles that syand a chance against MITL helis lmao, hell even the APS tanks will struggle.
From tests of Starstreaks on the Apache, it is known that the problem was with the rocket container lids. Here we can clearly see 3 tips and a modified lid. + The suspension is close to the body of AW 159
Apparently, the tests of the starstreaks on the helicopter were continued on the AW 159.
However, given the presence of Martlets, IRL they are now of more research interest than practical use.
In any case, I don’t see any incredible problems with issuing Starstreaks to the AW 159 given their degree of standardization with the Marlet… It has a million times more right to them than the AH Mk.1. @Smin1080p_WT
none of this is even gonna matter for them either, they just get to sling it over a hill and then guide it for a few second from COMPLETE saftey from anything thats not an aircraft.
