Work-In-Progress: AW159 Wildcat

The CM dispensers (2 in the aft-fuselage/tail, 2 under the landing gear outriggers) are yet to be added, right?

Current UK Wildcat HMA.2 deployment in Cyprus also has a new cylindrical RF-datalink radome under the rear fuselage that.
Looks like the SPIKE-NLOS datalink antenna, but integrated into the fuselage rather than suspended from the side of the airframe.
But this might only be on a trials basis for controlling UAS etc.

Let’s hope the Stormer HVM gets the LMMs as well

i hope not, or make it a separate one; grinding with the martlets at 12.0 will be painful

Will it have the opportunity to take 20 starstreaks? Because it can irl.

Martlet and Starstreak use same launcher

Yea it says it (that will be able to carry,20)

Just hoping for an Irish AML 90 with LRF and NVD in the future

For what you want NVD?
thats useless, I could understand TVD, but NVD??

1 week until community update (probably)!

Irish AML 90s were historically fitted with laser rangefinders and night vision equipment in the 90’s

taken from surrogate mother US AH-64A

I’m sorry, but augustawestland was completely bought by Finmeccanica ( now Leonardo ) in 2004, the contract for the program was given to the company by the UK mod in 2006 and the first flight of the aw159 was in 2009. So the contract for the development and a the helicopter first flight all append under an italian company and yes, it is build in the uk, in a factory owned by an italian company. Not to mention that the aircraft is advertised on the official Leonardo site as a original design. How is it possibile that italy has no connection to the helicopter

So far there isn’t any evidence its been integrated or tested yet to Wildcat.

It has no connection to the armed helicopter.
You can have an unarmed one if you wish so🤗
